During my recent business trip, I stayed for four nights and was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality. The spacious room was beautifully designed, and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff members were consistently friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the high-quality room service available 24/7. The well-maintained gym was a bonus, and I enjoyed the comfortable lounge area with its inviting terrace. The housekeeping staff was meticulous, contributing to a relaxing experience.

i really enjoyed staying in this modern place. i had the suite which was well-designed and beautifully maintained with better sunlight.

The luxurious ambiance and beautifully decorated rooms were impressive. We loved the spa facilities; the massage and outdoor pool provided a relaxing retreat after exploring nearby landmarks like Al Nakeel Park and the Museum of Illusions, perfect for family bonding. I encountered some issues with the customer service, which left us somewhat disappointed.

Recommend to all. Superb base for 3 nights with well-trained staff with each member displaying a high level of professionalism and a dedication to guest satisfaction. A wide array of options, fab food.

By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Riyadh, had much fun. I booked an a double room, it was nice styled and had coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area and a work desk. Really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and it's nice and quiet for relaxing. Plus, there's a fantastic cafe nearby for a great breakfast!

Modern hotel overall, is has great service and strategic location ready to help us with everything. The rooms are stylish and big, have down pillows.

No one at reception could help, and I got empty promises about follow-up support. So frustrating!

The Boulevard King Room offered spacious surroundings with elegant finishes. I appreciated the clean bathroom and the hotel's overall aesthetic appeal. Room service provided timely responses and the quality was decent. There were significant hiccups that affected our stay. Reception staff lacked essential customer service skills, which became evident when I wasn't informed about breakfast billing. I faced issues when retrieving a personal item left behind. The hotel promised to assist, but it was a hassle and the staff's approach was far from accommodating. Wi-Fi connectivity was consistent, which aided in planning our daily activities, but the promised communication regarding room issues never came. While there are positives, the inconsistency in service and guest management really needs attention.
